Vinçon is a unique designer store in Barcelona that sells lamps, lights, dining and kitchen accessories, home decoration pieces, furniture and gifts. It is the place in Barcelona to get a stylish accent for your home, an unconventional souvenir or a notebook of the highest quality. Vinçon sells the full line of Moleskine notebooks, as well as unique stone paper stationery, pens and sketchbooks.
The store on Passeig de Gràcia 96, found right next to the famous La Pedrera, is one of a kind - there are no other branches nor franchises of Vinçon available anywhere else in Spain or in the world. The Barcelona Vinçon was opened to the public in 1941; the company saw both ups and downs throughout its 20th century history, but in the early 90s Vinçon came to be recognized both by Spaniards and by the city visitors alike. Vinçon has been enjoying the great success ever since.
The store occupies an elegant 1899 building designed by the architect Antoni Rovira i Rabassa. The building once belonged to the Catalan painter Ramón Casas. Vinçon occupies both the ground floor (the main store area) and the second floor, where La Sala Vinçon exhibits furniture pieces, as well as art and the beautifully preserved interior of Rovira i Rabassa. Both floors are open to the public during regular hours.
The store is open from 10 am to 8:30 pm Monday to Friday, and from 10:30 am to 9 pm on Saturdays.
